Divya Jain is a mobile application engineering leader with twelve years of experience designing and delivering high-scale consumer systems across fintech, telecom, insurance, and consumer technology. Her specialization sits at the intersection of mobile architecture, cross-platform product engineering, and engineering leadership—where she has repeatedly been responsible not only for building features, but for shaping technical strategy, establishing scalable system foundations, and guiding teams through modernization efforts that improve reliability, release velocity, and user experience. Across her career, Jain’s work reflects a consistent emphasis on system-level design discipline, secure and resilient workflows, and pragmatic execution in fast-moving product environments.

At Quanata LLC, Jain served as Engineering Manager leading the mobile engineering organization behind the HiRoad insurance application. In this role, she shaped the technical roadmap and led cross-platform feature delivery while advancing team maturity through CI/CD improvements and design-system adoption. The HiRoad product required mobile architecture capable of supporting a dynamic, reward-based insurance model driven by real-time data signals. Jain guided architectural decisions that ensured the mobile experience could scale with data-intensive logic, while maintaining a user-centric experience. Her work strengthened delivery predictability, improved release cadence, and aligned platform choices with long-term product strategy—demonstrating leadership in both engineering execution and platform stewardship.

Previously, Jain played a central role in re-architecting the Gametime mobile applications during a period of rapid growth. As a Senior Mobile App Developer, she rebuilt substantial portions of both Android and iOS codebases and owned them end-to-end, with particular focus on commerce-critical flows. She designed and implemented core modules for ticket purchasing, authentication, and checkout, enabling new revenue pathways without disrupting an existing high-traffic user base. In parallel, she established CI pipelines in a startup environment, bringing architectural rigor and operational structure to an organization where speed and reliability had to coexist.

In the financial-services domain, Jain contributed to Bank of America’s mobile banking workflows as a Senior Software Engineer focused on Android. Her responsibilities included implementing high-security, high-scale user journeys such as authentication, funds transfer, bill pay, and transaction history. Working within strict compliance, security, and performance constraints, she delivered fault-tolerant mobile features while partnering with security and design stakeholders to balance robustness with usability. This experience deepened her expertise in enterprise-grade mobile architecture and reinforced her capability to deliver dependable systems at nationwide scale.

Jain’s platform-level engineering background was further shaped at Samsung Research, where she contributed to core Tizen OS system applications—including Email, Contacts, and the Lock Screen—and built open-source reference applications to demonstrate platform capabilities to the broader developer ecosystem. This work involved real-time synchronization, system UI/UX integration, and deep interactions across operating system APIs. By delivering reusable reference implementations alongside system apps, she helped strengthen developer adoption and platform credibility during a formative phase of Tizen’s ecosystem development.

Beyond commercial product engineering, Jain has also applied her skills to social-impact technology. As a volunteer Lead Android Developer for the Humane Eating Project, she rebuilt the nonprofit’s mobile app to increase accessibility and scalability of ethical-eating resources. The solution integrated third-party services including Yelp, news feeds, social sharing, analytics, and location services, modernizing the platform while expanding community reach. This work demonstrated her ability to translate mobile engineering capability into mission-driven outcomes, sustaining a product with long-term community value.

Across these initiatives, Jain has consistently taken on roles requiring architectural leadership, strategic technical judgment, and cross-functional influence well beyond routine delivery. Her work spans cross-platform system design, CI/CD modernization, secure financial workflows, platform engineering, and socially impactful mobile applications. Complemented by conference speaking, mentorship, and recognition for engineering excellence, her record demonstrates sustained professional contribution to the advancement of mobile computing and applied computer science.
