Hirenkumar Narendrabhai Dholariya has built an accomplished eighteen-year career in cloud data engineering and architecture, distinguished by sustained leadership in AI-driven data modernization across healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and digital media. His professional journey reflects a consistent ability to transform fragmented enterprise data environments into scalable, cloud-native, intelligence-driven platforms that support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. With expertise spanning enterprise data platforms, generative AI integration, and large-scale cloud migration, he has contributed meaningfully to the advancement of applied computer science through systems that combine data engineering rigor with artificial intelligence at enterprise scale.

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, Hirenkumar Dholariya has played a central role in architecting AI-enabled enterprise platforms that improve both technical operations and business decision-making. As Senior AI Data Engineering Architect for Service Virtual Assistant Plus (SVA Plus), he designed and implemented the architecture for an intelligent support system that helps Field Service Engineers diagnose and resolve instrument issues more efficiently. The significance of this project lies in its successful integration of large language models, vector search technologies, and enterprise data pipelines directly into service operations. By architecting end-to-end AI data pipelines across systems such as Cloud for Service, SAP, and Salesforce, and by designing vector database indexing and conversational intelligence frameworks, he enabled real-time access to contextual knowledge, historical service insights, and diagnostic recommendations. The result was a substantial improvement in troubleshooting efficiency, reduced instrument downtime, and more accurate and faster issue resolution across large-scale service environments.

He also served as Solution Architect and AI strategist for the Commercial Virtual Assistant (CVA) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, an initiative designed to equip global sales teams with AI-driven tools for opportunity identification, customer analysis, and strategic engagement. This project stands out for integrating enterprise install-base data, service history, and coverage analytics with generative AI reasoning engines capable of producing executive insights, battle cards, pricing guidance, and opportunity analyses through natural-language interaction. Hirenkumar Dholariya designed the system architecture linking enterprise data platforms with generative AI models, real-time data pipelines, and vector indexing frameworks. His work significantly reduced manual analysis time and strengthened the ability of sales teams to focus on higher-value customer engagement and revenue-generating opportunities.

As Lead Data Solution Architect for the Customer Services Central Platform, he contributed to the transformation of globally fragmented service processes into a centralized digital platform capable of managing service tickets, onboarding, service plans, and scheduling in a unified environment. The innovation of this effort came from integrating more than forty enterprise systems into a scalable data platform with real-time analytics and operational visibility. His responsibilities included designing the end-to-end data architecture, building scalable cloud-based pipelines, and implementing automation frameworks that improved performance and operational efficiency. The platform strengthened customer data integrity, improved contract renewal efficiency, and enabled more consistent global service management across multiple regions and divisions.

Earlier, as Senior Data Engineering Architect at Fannie Mae, Hirenkumar Dholariya led major aspects of enterprise data modernization and cloud migration, supporting the transition of legacy on-premise systems to AWS infrastructure. This work involved designing ETL pipelines, creating automated reconciliation frameworks, and implementing CI/CD automation for data deployments. The importance of this project lies in its delivery of a scalable and resilient cloud-native data ecosystem capable of supporting mission-critical financial workloads while maintaining data accuracy at enterprise scale. His work enabled push-button infrastructure provisioning, improved scalability, and ensured reliable migration of high-value financial datasets with strong operational transparency.

He also served as Lead Data Engineer and Solution Architect for ERP360 Customer Experience Analytics Platform at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he developed a centralized analytics environment that unified customer and transactional data across more than forty ERP and CRM systems. By designing the data lake architecture, building automated ETL pipelines, and implementing predictive analytics logic, he helped create a platform capable of generating real-time insights and automated Next Best Action recommendations. This work improved proactive customer engagement, strengthened visibility across the order-to-cash lifecycle, and enabled faster, more informed business decisions across thousands of accounts.

Earlier in his career at Persistent Systems, he contributed as Lead Data Engineer to the Attivio Active Intelligence Engine, a platform designed to unify structured and unstructured enterprise information into a searchable intelligence layer. Here, he designed ingestion frameworks, developed high-performance ETL pipelines, and implemented automation for indexing and validation. These contributions improved information retrieval speed, strengthened enterprise analytics capabilities, and reduced complexity in large-scale data environments.

Another notable contribution came through his role as Lead Big Data Developer for the real-time social media analytics platform supporting Satyamev Jayate, where he built systems capable of processing audience engagement data from social media, SMS, voice, and web channels. By combining distributed data processing architecture with multilingual natural language processing models for sentiment and entity recognition, he enabled real-time insight generation from millions of responses. This work demonstrated his ability to apply advanced data engineering and AI techniques to large-scale public engagement analytics, extending his impact beyond enterprise operations into digital media and social intelligence.

Taken together, Hirenkumar Narendrabhai Dholariya’s career reflects a sustained and high-impact record of leadership in cloud data engineering, AI integration, and enterprise data modernization. His work consistently bridges technical depth with practical transformation, enabling organizations to move from fragmented, reactive data environments to intelligent, scalable, and automated systems. Across healthcare, life sciences, finance, and media, his contributions show a clear pattern of advancing enterprise technology through the applied use of artificial intelligence and modern data architecture.
