At Amazon Legal, Rajamani leads the data engineering efforts behind one of the world’s largest legal infrastructures, supporting over 4,500 legal professionals and 1.6 million users globally. His design and management of Amazon's Legal Data Warehouse — a system critical for executive-level reporting — exemplify his mastery in building secure, scalable, and resilient systems. Through the development of sophisticated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and the deployment of self-service Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, Rajamani has elevated how legal data is processed, accessed, and utilized across the enterprise — all while maintaining a remarkable record of zero downtime.
Beyond his current role, Rajamani’s influence stretches deep into the retail technology space. As a lead architect for digital transformation initiatives, he has delivered enterprise-grade solutions for major global retailers such as The Home Depot, Abercrombie & Fitch, Eddie Bauer, and Morrisons UK. His tenure at Oracle Corporation further broadened his international expertise, implementing Retail Suite applications across markets in the UK and India, honing his skills in global IT strategy and large-scale deployment.
As a Senior Engineer at Nordstrom, Rajamani spearheaded the modernization of the retailer’s pricing systems, designing and leading transformative solutions that enhanced operational efficiency and improved the customer experience across competitive markets. His earlier contributions at SunGard in the education technology sector further reflect his versatility, where his product development efforts streamlined academic operations and advanced institutional digitalization.
