Khushbu Mehboob Shaikh is an accomplished technology professional with a strong record of achievements across various roles in the IT and cloud communication industries. Currently, Khushbu serves as the Lead Technical Account Manager at Twilio Inc., where she applies her deep expertise in Twilio products to support her team in managing customer relationships and resolving technical escalations. She has led initiatives to enhance her team’s technical proficiency, equipping them with advanced insights into customer architecture and SDK configurations. In addition to this, Khushbu consistently leads discussions and provides technical updates to the US Technical Account Management team, reflecting her commitment to knowledge sharing and ongoing professional development.

Before stepping into her current role, Khushbu worked as a Technical Account Manager at Twilio, where she played an essential role in collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions to customer issues. Her analytical skills and customer-focused approach are evident in her ability to proactively identify and address problems using tools such as Kibana and Looker. She has also been instrumental in executing weekly customer calls smoothly and maintaining long-term customer relationships by anticipating their needs and providing tailored solutions.


Her earlier experience at Voxai Solutions as a Cloud Application Engineer involved contributions to integrating cloud-based call center applications for clients like DFW International Airport. In this role, she handled responsibilities including gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and providing post-implementation support to streamline client operations. She also gained valuable expertise in IVR call flow design, further broadening her technical skill set.


Khushbu’s career has been marked by a strong commitment to leadership, technical innovation, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. She has held diverse roles, from troubleshooting complex VoIP deployments as an Engineer at Cisco Systems to supporting students as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Utah, where she taught networking technologies.


Her technical foundation is further solidified by certifications in areas such as VoIP, networking, cloud computing, and customer communication, making her a well-rounded candidate for the Fellowship.
