At organizations like HPE and Corning, Mr. Kumarswamy introduced automation tools, scaled testing frameworks, and adopted cloud infrastructures to streamline testing and enhance cross-functional collaboration. This transformation allowed QA to be integrated earlier in development, reducing defects, improving time-to-market, and increasing customer satisfaction.
