Meenu Vimala Venkataarangam is an enterprise systems integration and process automation leader with 18+ years of global IT experience. Her career has been shaped by a consistent specialization: modernizing how large organizations operate by integrating systems, automating high-friction processes, and upgrading legacy data platforms into cloud-native, analytics-ready ecosystems. Across transformation programs involving RPA, cloud migration, data modernization, and large-scale enterprise integration, Venkataarangam has repeatedly delivered outcomes that go beyond routine delivery—requiring portfolio-level governance, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on technical depth in automation architecture.

A defining contribution in her recent body of work is the enterprise-wide Robotic Process Automation program she led at CONNS HomePlus. As the leader responsible for automation strategy and governance, she managed a portfolio of more than 40 automation initiatives, establishing the structure needed to scale automation across multiple business units and enterprise systems. The program introduced disciplined intake, prioritization, and delivery methods that improved repeatability and reduced process variability. Working with cross-functional stakeholders and architects, she drove the adoption of Automation Anywhere–based solutions and delivered efficiency gains of up to 40%—demonstrating her ability to scale automation from isolated bots into a coherent enterprise capability aligned to operational objectives.

In parallel, Venkataarangam led modernization of the company’s data ecosystem by migrating legacy Hadoop workloads into AWS-native services including EMR, Glue, S3, and Lambda. This initiative replaced batch-heavy legacy processing with scalable cloud execution, shifting the organization toward faster data processing, improved cost efficiency, and higher productivity. Her role emphasized architecture planning, risk mitigation, and iterative delivery—ensuring modernization did not disrupt critical business processes while creating a foundation for broader analytics transformation and more real-time data capabilities.

She also led implementation of the Snowflake cloud data warehouse, aligning cross-team engineering execution with business intelligence needs and driving modernization of ingestion and integration pipelines. The key step-change was enabling analytics capabilities that the legacy environment could not support. By automating ETL workflows and reducing manual data handling by approximately 70%, she accelerated reporting cycles and strengthened operational decision-making, improving reporting efficiency by roughly 30%.

Venkataarangam’s work also demonstrates a distinctive ability to connect automation with cloud modernization to streamline financial operations. She led automation of loan deferment workflows across internal financial systems and migrated customer account processing from Hadoop to Snowflake—reducing batch processing time from 24 hours to approximately 1 hour. This effort combined enterprise integration discipline with cloud-based optimization, improving speed, consistency, and accuracy in mission-critical finance workflows.

Another major achievement was her delivery of an end-to-end Accounts Payable automation solution using OCR integrated with Automation Anywhere—introducing intelligent document processing in place of manual invoice validation. This automation produced more than 50% cost savings per invoice and improved throughput and accuracy, reflecting her strength in applying emerging automation approaches to solve persistent operational bottlenecks with measurable results.

Earlier in her career at Infosys, Venkataarangam built leadership depth by modernizing application environments for a global financial institution and leading engineering teams in complex operational transitions. Notably, she executed the migration of a standalone application from an external service provider into an internal environment independently, after rapidly acquiring the system’s operational and technical knowledge. She also automated a barcode billing system that improved invoice processing time by approximately 80%, demonstrating an early track record of applying automation to legacy operational areas to improve reliability and cycle time.

Across her career, Venkataarangam’s profile is defined by sustained leadership in enterprise automation and systems integration, with measurable business outcomes in efficiency, data platform modernization, and financial operations transformation. Her work reflects the hallmarks of trusted senior practice: portfolio governance, cross-team execution, secure and scalable automation design, and modernization strategies that improve enterprise capability while minimizing operational risk.
