An accomplished international manager specializing in the Telecom domain, Raghavendra has rich expertise in the design and development of protocol stacks and mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. His contributions include launching world-first features with Tier 1 operators such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Bell, Telus, Korean Telecom, and China Mobile Communications (CMC) — cementing his reputation as an architect of innovation on the global stage.

Throughout his career, Raghavendra has proposed multiple patentable ideas and brought futuristic concepts into mainstream use. His leadership in developing the LTE modem protocol stack for Exynos chipsets — covering critical layers like RLC/MAC, RR, and NAS — highlights his deep technical fluency across wireless technologies, including LTE, 5G, GSM, GPRS, and EDGE.

One of Raghavendra’s landmark achievements was managing the MCPTT (Mission Critical Push-To-Talk) applications for AT&T’s FirstNet program — a multi-million-dollar project vital to public safety communications. Coordinating diverse international teams across South Korea, Bangladesh, India, and the United States, he ensured the seamless development and successful launch of MCPTT clients on both Android and iOS platforms.

His resume of "firsts" is unparalleled. From leading the world’s first launch of smartphones powered by LTE chipsets to managing technical acceptance for critical features like eMBMS (enhanced Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service), Stealth Mode, and Real-Time Text (RTT), Raghavendra has consistently driven projects that set new industry standards.
