SAI DHEERAJ GUNTUPALLI
Lead Software engineer at Epsilon Data Management, LLC.

FELLOW MEMBER
Sai Dheeraj Guntupalli is a platform architect and engineering leader whose 14+ year career has been defined by building systems that operate at true industrial scale—where uptime, latency, security, and cost-efficiency are engineered as first-class outcomes. Spanning AdTech, connected EV fleet platforms, enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, and global retail operations, Sai Dheeraj has held Lead/Staff/Principal-level roles across organizations including Epsilon, Rivian, DuploCloud, Contract Wrangler (acquired by Conga), Symantec/NortonLifeLock, and Apple, delivering distributed systems, real-time data pipelines, ML-driven automation, and secure customer-facing platforms.
At Epsilon Data Management LLC, Sai Dheeraj’s work centers on large-scale AdTech infrastructure: architecting distributed ad-serving systems, identity resolution and data-activation pipelines, and integrations with real-time bidding ecosystems and programmatic exchanges—while leading across DevOps, platform engineering, and data engineering. The throughline is engineering leverage: increasing throughput dramatically over legacy systems, lowering infrastructure cost, and tightening data integrity through modernization of pipelines and platform controls.
At Rivian, his scope shifted into connected-vehicle infrastructure—architecting low-latency vehicle-to-cloud pipelines, integrating EV telemetry including battery management signals, enabling predictive maintenance patterns, and securing OTA update mechanisms. This body of work is consistent with the innovation class associated with Rivian connectivity patents, including publicly listed inventions titled around “systems and methods for providing robust connectivity to vehicles.”
In enterprise SaaS, Sai Dheeraj led platform development at Contract Wrangler, architecting document ingestion pipelines, building NLP/ML extraction systems, enabling attorney-in-the-loop verification workflows, and decomposing monoliths into microservices—work that supported the company’s acquisition by Conga (and subsequent product integration under Conga’s contract intelligence portfolio). At Symantec/NortonLifeLock, he engineered identity protection enrollment and subscription platforms at multi-million-member scale, and at Apple, he built internal enterprise tools that automated workflows and integrated SAP/Salesforce/GIS and internal systems to reduce manual operational work across global retail operations.
Across domains, Sai Dheeraj’s signature is consistent: architecting reliable, secure, high-throughput platforms; quantifying impact (throughput gains, incident reductions, cost control); and executing cross-functionally with product, security, ML, and executive stakeholders to move complex systems from concept to production reality.
