Srilekha Sangaraju is an enterprise systems architect and SAP technical leader with 16+ years of delivery experience across global SAP programs, specializing in SAP MDG and SAP ABAP within complex, multi-country landscapes. Her career reflects a steady progression from implementation execution to architecture and leadership—beginning with delivery roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and advancing into Technical Architect and Team Lead responsibilities at IBM, where she has driven platform-scale modernization, data governance, and migration initiatives.
Srilekha’s work sits at the intersection of master data governance, integration architecture, and performance-optimized SAP development. Her technical portfolio spans SAP ABAP and modern SAP extensibility patterns including Fiori, HANA, SLT, CDS views, OData services, REST/web services, and integration mechanisms such as ALE/EDI, RFC-based interfaces, and middleware orchestration. She has consistently delivered in environments where enterprise outcomes depend on data quality and system interoperability—customer/vendor master harmonization, cross-system replication, global rollout readiness, and stable cutover execution.
At IBM, she has led ESW data migration efforts by defining migration architecture, executing multi-cycle migrations, managing SLT object-based migration runs, and building validation discipline designed to deliver zero data loss. As MDG Lead Technical Architect for customer enablement, she designed MDG system architecture integrating MD360 and ACE middleware via HTTP/SOAP, activated MDG business functions, implemented customer–vendor integration configuration, extended core master data objects, and enhanced web services to standardize customer master ingestion into MDG.
Her earlier leadership at TCS includes large-scale program execution such as One Kubota HANA implementation, where she led a 35-member cross-functional development team, designed integration architecture (including Dell Boomi), implemented RFC-based integration between a portal and SAP backend, configured standard Fiori applications and developed custom OData services, and delivered end-user enablement. In manufacturing and automotive enterprise contexts (including Aptiv and Delphi programs), she engineered integration frameworks (REST, cXML/IDoc mapping, IIB/DataPower coordination), led cutover, executed ECC upgrades (SPDD/SPAU remediation), migrated forms and modernized UX with Fiori launchpad role-based access.
Across these engagements, Srilekha’s professional identity is consistent: a technical architect who combines deep SAP engineering discipline with architecture-level thinking, enabling scalable, governable, and auditable SAP programs that support global operations.
