Sudharshan Kumar Ramayanam is an enterprise systems modernization and infrastructure tooling leader whose 21-year career has been built inside high-stakes domains where technology must be reliable, compliant, and continuously available. Working across healthcare, public welfare, and financial services, he has consistently operated at the bridge-point between legacy mainframe ecosystems and cloud-era operations—ensuring that modernization does not compromise stability for the millions of people who depend on these systems.

In his roles as Senior Infrastructure Tools Administrator and Senior Professional Application Designer, Ramayanam’s work centers on operating and evolving the tooling and delivery infrastructure that keeps critical applications running. His technical foundation spans legacy mainframe environments through to AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, and IAM, supported by deep operational proficiency in ETL and enterprise tooling. In CA-MMIS, he supported infrastructure and tooling for modules such as claims adjudication, provider enrollment, and beneficiary eligibility—platforms processing more than 200 million claims annually.
