Tejas Ghadge

Tejas Ghadge, a seasoned technology leader, heads the Event Integration and Developer Experience Organization at AWS Lambda, managing a seasoned team of 80 professionals. Under his leadership, the team developed and operated a high-performance distributed event polling system capable of processing over millions of transactions per second. This system, integrating events from more than 25 sources, such as Kafka, Kinesis, and SQS, supports thousands of customers globally and underpins a critical part of the business.
