Tejas Ghadge, a seasoned technology leader, heads the Event Integration and Developer Experience Organization at AWS Lambda, managing an elite team of 80 engineers. Under his leadership, the team developed and operates a high-performance distributed event polling system capable of processing over 1 million transactions per second. This system, integrating more than 25 event sources, such as Kafka, Kinesis, and SQS, supports over 100,000 customers and underpins the majority of traffic entering Lambda’s compute platform.
