Venkata Pavan Kumar Gummadi is an integration architecture leader whose 18+ year career has been defined by a consistent theme: making complex enterprises work as one—through robust APIs, resilient middleware, and disciplined delivery across the full software development lifecycle. In his current role as an API MuleSoft Architect at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Venkata Pavan Kumar operates at the intersection of platform engineering and business-critical execution, leading large integration programs while managing a 25-consultant delivery organization responsible for both development and production support.

His technical identity is anchored in MuleSoft-led integration architecture, strengthened by deep experience across Boomi, AWS API Gateway, and enterprise integration patterns spanning insurance, healthcare, telecom, and financial services. He is a hands-on architect who blends platform design with operational leadership: capacity planning, runtime sizing, performance tuning, packaging and deployment discipline, and standardized exception-handling strategies that keep distributed systems stable under production load. Supported by MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Developer, and Platform Architect credentials, his work consistently aligns with enterprise-grade standards for reliability, security, and maintainability.

At Broadridge, Venkata Pavan Kumar has led the development of Wealth InFocus from the ground up as a MuleSoft-centric middleware platform—enabling cloud-driven, API-first orchestration for wealth and funds-related customer data and real-time transactional flows. His role extends beyond pure implementation: coordinating across business groups, partnering with enterprise architecture/C4E functions, and ensuring API-led connectivity standards are applied consistently at scale.

Across earlier engagements—National Grid (via Appirio), New York Life (via Deloitte), The Hartford, and CSC—his portfolio reflects breadth and repeatability. He has delivered integration across ecosystems such as Salesforce, Maximo, GIS platforms, SAP, data warehouses, mainframe-to-cloud modernization pathways, and digital signature workflows (DocuSign). Equally important, he has built a leadership profile that scales impact through people: mentoring junior architects, running onboarding and best-practice sessions, driving code reviews, and coordinating offshore/onshore delivery with accountability for production reliability.
